Zombies Find the Lyon's Share

Kim Eichorn, realtor at Lyon Real Estate, may have helped to save Halloween this year, but who is going to help save her 🧟‍♀️🧟‍♂️

At a top sponsorship level created just for her, Eichorn's generosity has helped make planning this year's Zombie Bike Ride go smoothly and helped the Zombie Bike Ride committee secure a nice hefty donation for Norcal Trykers.

Eichorn is a native Davisite, and has lived in town all of her life except 1980–1993 when she attended/graduated from UC Santa Barbara and then worked in the Washington DC area.

Her mother encouraged her to get her real estate license in 1994 when she was a frustrated stay-at-home mom missing working outside of the home. Kim says "Lesson learned = always listen to your Mom! I have loved my career in real estate for 26 years now!"

Eichorn loves working with first time home buyers and seasoned buyers alike, she explains that "over half of my business comes from serving as a seller's listing agent. I'm a skillful communicator and negotiator."

When asked what some of her favorite Halloween experiences in Davis are Eichorn exclaims

"seeing all of the kids in their costumes during the Downtown Davis Trick or Treating day is always joyful. We'll get back to that next year!"

And when asked why she decided to support the Zombie Bike Ride she told us "I love the idea of a fun COVID-friendly event to get people outside and celebrating Halloween. I'm also a huge fan of NorCal Trykers, the bike ride's recipient of the funds raised. I've been a strong supporter of NorCal Trykers for several years."

Kim's message to participants of the Zombie Bike Ride is "Relax and have fun! I definitely plan to be out there!"
